Decoria Painting – Two Render Double Storey Twin Homes in Como – Full Exterior Painting Restoration Project.
This residential building was painted 15 years ago so there was a lot of paint cracking/flaking due to the ageing and harsh Perth weather.
After challenging preparation work the premium Dulux AcraTex AcraShield paint was used to deliver a long-term protection to the rendered walls. The product creates a heat reflective coating and enhances crack bridging performance.
Additionally, AcraShield top coat reduces dirt accumulation and improves surface washability so the walls will stay looking cleaner and intact for longer.
